typical work memo

Dear Esteemed Team,

I noticed that we do B.  B was a good idea once because of A.  A no longer exists, but we continued to do B because we have done B for C years.  Now (in the real world in the present time) B creates the following problems:

We can fix B by doing X.  Here is specifically how it solves our problems:

  1. :-)
  2. :-)
  3. :-)

Additionally, it makes D easier for you, E easier for her, and F easier for him.  And then some whipped cream and cherries.  That’s right, multiple cherries.

Does anyone oppose to applying logic to the situation?  If not, I have already researched X, documented the complete justification for X, written an SOP, and created a button that activates an Excel macro that implements X in its entirety with a single click.  YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO THINK, DO, OR SAY ANYTHING.  Please just nod.

You are all brilliant and I would greatly appreciate your input on how to improve X.

Cheers,
S E C
